Yes, absolutely! In case of technical issues or unforeseen problems causing the loss of Runes, we will refund them after a minor verification process. Refunds will be issued only in Runes—our site's currency—within 24 hours.

Sigils will also be refunded if they are lost due to technical issues.

Under certain circumstances, the Supporter Plan may also be eligible for a refund.
